At Lumiere, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every outfit is crafted and curated with care to ensure the highest quality. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect item that differs from your order.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order details along with clear photos of the product.

Customized Orders

As customized and personalized outfits are created specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once the design process or production has begun.

If your customized outfit arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved design, please contact us. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Ready-to-Wear Products

Eligible ready-to-wear items may qualify for a refund if they are returned in:

  • Unused and unworn condition.
  • Original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The same condition in which they were received.

Returned items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized outfits.
  • Altered garments.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Sale or promotional items (unless required by applicable law).

Refund Process

Once your request is received and approved, we will inspect the returned item. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders for ready-to-wear products may be canceled before they are shipped. Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
